Step 3 of the PANDA Strategy is to set up a "Rapid Response Team" in every city that passes the Restoring Constitutional Governance Resolution, and declares itself "not a battlefield." Since we cannot rely on our elected officials, or law enfdorcement, to honor their Oaths to the Constitution, or even follow this "supreme law of the land," it is to the people to keep them accountable. We will.
