A Republic...If we can keep it.

Why Are You Against the NDAA?

The NDAA authorizes the U.S. Military to come into your home without a warrant, hold you in a military prison and detain you without a trial indefinitely. It is completely Unconstitutional, Un-American and attacks the very foundations of this country. We stand against this law, and are working actively to nullify it to restore liberty and the constitution, not the law of war, back to America.

Why are you against the NDAA? Add a comment at the bottom of the page and tell the world why!

The NDAA epitomizes the Federal Government's uncomfortable reach into and allows them to trample even further onto our individual liberties. I fight the NDAA because I believe in liberty and the Constitution. I believe in small government doing its job effectively.    Fighting the NDAA and defending liberty is an obligation I take very seriously.

I do not like that their description of a terrorist is ambiguous, vague, non-specific, abstract, and applicable to anyone they take a notion to.

  • Christopher Corbett

I oppose the NDAA due to it's un-Constitutional authorization of indefinite detention and assassination of US citizens on US soil under millitary detention without due process.  The federal government views Ocuppiers, Tea Partiers, Ron Paul supporters, returning vets all to be potential terror threats.  Threats to who?  Feels more like the government is the actual terror threat to me.  The US was founded on the US Constitution which outlined a limited central government with limited power.  In the last 2 centuries, the federal government has grabbed power at the expense of the individual states in the name of protection.  We the People are losing our freedom and liberty.  It's time we stand up and be heard.  Let's take our country back before we have no country left.

I want to be able to continue caring for my grand children while my daughter works her butt off to supply a roof over their heads and food for their tummies. I am sure I would be labeled as a terrorist because I am TERRIFIED very soon they will take that right away too!

Each generation must do it's part to ensure the preservation of liberties for the next – that is why I got involved with P.A.N.D.A. I have three children, five nephews, and two nieces. I am fighting so that they may enjoy the same freedoms I have been afforded in this great country of ours. The assaults against our Constitution are egregious and have been growing exponentially. Now is the time to take stand. I am proud of the dedicated Americans from all over this country who have joined the fight for liberty!!!

  • James Dysart

The so-called "indefinite detention" provision of the NDAA is grossly illegal, Anti-Constitutional, Unconstitutional, tyrannical, nihilistic and Satanic. Everyone who voted for it needs to be tried for treason.

  • Denise Benson

I want to stand up, with united and free people, against the growing tyranny we must must not deny exists for another day here forward.   The NDAA must be nullified in every county.  It starts at home.  One person joining with another, then another.  Remember, when spider webs unite, they can tie up a lion!

  • Jayson Stonne

I served in the US Army to protect our freedoms and the ability to maintain our rights. NDAA is directly against that and actively moving to abolish civil liberties and freedoms. I can't imagine that anyone in the country would be willing to allow themselves to lose the ability to speak freely and defend your rights.

    • David

The last time that the US Army fought to protect anyone’s freedom was in 1812. Its all been war of aggression since then.

ndaa is the most important issue of our time due to it's imcompassing some many of the american citizens rights under the constitution and bill of rights. any law, regulation, code, bill, mandate, etc. that is contrary to the constitution and bill of rights is null and void. liberty is precious. it is the duty and right of all americans to question govt. this should be a great concern for all americans. join us in nullify ndaa. i refuse to be labeled a terrorist because of my views. my name is sophia and i am not a terrorist! i am a concerned citizen! are you?

It is not feasible for the military superpowers to conquer the will of the brave, thoughtful, aware, and truly free.  We must unite to ensure this won't continue down the dark road it wishes to travel!

Let's not fool ourselves, if the government is not planning for a major conflict with us, what is the reason for purchasing over 1 billion rounds of ammunition which are against Geneva Convention on hollowpoint bullets, and distributing them to agencies which never use them, all about?  Additionally, why do we now have over 60,000 TSA agents who intimidate and infuriate normal, law-abiding citizens?  The FDA, IRS, ATF, DEA and other non-police agencies are using trained "SWAT" teams, fully armed and outfitted with military combat style BDU's and bullet-proof armor to conduct raids on dairy / cheese makers / processing / family farm affairs.  Why is that?  Why was it necessary to raid the Gibson Guitar factory in Tennessee using drawn weapons and confiscation of their raw materials and weapons, just because it was "determined" that regulations from another country were being infringed by importing selections of wood and processing it for new guitars?  This is unconstitutional police action by an out of control, despotic government, and it's happening more and more every day.

The "LRAD" (Long Range Acoustic Device) was used for the first time in the United States in Pittsburgh during the time of the G20 summit on September 24–25th, 2009. They went up and down the streets using these weapons to inflict terror and actual damage to the hearing of normal citizens in their own front yards.  What about the raids to remove guns from New Orleans, LA citizens, who were protecting their homes and personal properties with their personally-owned, standard 6 shot revolvers, etc. after Hurricanes Katrina and Rita back in 2005?  Does this portend a future potential for all privately owned guns to be confiscated?  The answer is unfortunately…YES!

"The ultimate authority…resides in the people alone."

"It is proper to take alarm at the first experiment upon our liberties. We hold this prudent jealousy to be the first duty of citizens and one of the noblest characteristics of the late Revolution.

The freemen of America did not wait till usurped power had strengthened itself by exercise and entangled the question in precedents. They saw all the consequences in the principle, and they avoided the consequences by denying the principle.

We revere this lesson too much …to forget it."  -James Madison

This is a bill that will allow a communist takeover or a dictatorship.

the communist USA chapter is alive and well and is infiltrating our schools and government.the Islamic brotherhood also wants to destroy America. Let me know how I can help.

I am a free man, I answer only to my own soul in what I do. If I am to be judged it will be in the open by a group of my own peers and not by some stranger behind a desk that I never see. I have the right to face my accusers and to defend my actions. The actions of the NDAA allows none of that nor do I truly need an accuser for them to take action as they can just label me in a category and call it good and this is wrong, it may not be racism, sexism or any other ism in the sense but it is still prejudice based on a general rule without need of proving fact.
