Many people will say the "government would never do that!" when we talk about indefinite detention. The easy answer to that is to refer to the internment of Japanese-Americans in WWII.
Now, the children of those Japanese-Americans who were interned in WWII have joined the fight against the NDAA. Karen and Ken Korematsu, Holly, Iris and Laurel Dee Yasui, Jay Hirabayashi, Sharon Mitsu Yuen, and Marion Setsu Oldenburg have filed a "friend of the court" Amicus brief in the NDAA Lawsuit, Hedges v. Obama.
